CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of service. This can be used toward a new appointment within 10 days of original appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of service. This can be used toward a new appointment within 10 days of original appointment. No Shows will be charged 100% of service. 50% of which can be used toward a new appointment within 10 days and appointments thereafter will require 25% deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to appointment may be considered as a No Show or may lead to surrendering part of appointment ie: blowdry, styling, etc at the end of color appointment. Re-dos may be given at no extra cost within 10 days of initial appointment as stylist sees fit.
